By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, content or security.

All prices, availability and content may change without notice.

Product purchasing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. In that case you receive a full refund of anything already paid.

Product information

Our hair is raw and natural, so texture, colour tone, density and curl pattern can vary slightly between bundles. Photography and screen settings may also affect how colour appears.

Lengths are measured when the hair is stretched. Wavy and curly textures will appear shorter than the stated length in their natural state.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you complete your order.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are your responsibility.

Processing

Orders require 2 to 3 working days for processing before they are dispatched.

Shipping

Shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 working days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the courier, customs or peak periods.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot be held liable for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the courier.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons Bombshell Studios does not accept returns on hair products.

This does not affect your legal rights where an item arrives faulty or is not as described.

Refunds

Bombshell Studios does not offer refunds on delivered orders. Where an item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number and we will resolve it.

Hair that has been installed, cut, coloured, bleached or otherwise altered cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.

Booking terms

Appointments are confirmed once booked and any deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable but may be moved to a new date if you give at least 48 hours' notice.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment has to be shortened or rescheduled. Where bookings are taken through a third-party tool, that provider's terms also apply.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including imagery, text and branding, belongs to Bombshell Studios or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by incorrect installation, aftercare, colouring or heat styling of our products.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
